MICR 142 Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms in Immune Defense

This graduate course provides a thorough examination of the key elements of innate and adaptive immunity.  Grounded in the textbook "Basic Immunology: Functions and Disorders of the Immune System", we delve into the sophisticated operations of immune mechanisms.  The curriculum centers on a detailed study of immune cells and their pivotal functions in human biology.  This is an introductory course, so no prior knowledge of immunology is required.
